Anyone can enter these divisions, but you MUST Pre-Register at the GADDC website: www.atlantadiscdogs.com/dogwood.htm
Both divisions require pre-registration as the only allows competing dogs at this class A Festival and does not allow spectators to bring dogs at this festival. However, if you are a dog lover you are not going to want to miss this amazing array of athletic dogs showcasing their special bond with their human partners.
This event does not allow you to bring your own tent, so tenting will be provided; Also because this is a Class A Festival downtown Atlanta paid Parking is available at the Park Tavern Restaurant on the corner of 10th Street and Piedmont Street. You will be able to drive up and unload in the gravel parking lot but you will want to bring a wagon to roll stuff down the hill to the field area. Parking is anywhere from $15 a day to $20 a day depending on the parking company.
The nicest and closest hotel is the LaQuinta Inn in Atlanta, GA near Vinnings area. This is on I-285 and W. Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta. They have a $75 room rate on the internet: LaQuinta Website
This is a great area with lots of shopping and local pubs.
